Through stunning recipes and hosting tips, Sandy Coughlin is the creator of the recipe and hospitality blog, Reluctant Entertainer. Sandy's new release, Big Boards and More, and cookbook Big Boards for Families (Fair Winds Press) shows you how to artfully craft and serve food boards to your close friends and family! In 2017 Sandy started the "big board" phenomena when she made an epic charcuterie board for her 12 blogging friends who came to visit. From then on, it became a fun way to serve at parties and gatherings, with thousands of recipes on her blog.
