Sara Garten is a cookbook writer who is passionate about modern cooking. Born and raised in Italy, she spent much of her childhood helping her grandmother prepare meals for the family. This experience fueled her passion for cooking and she soon decided to turn it into a career. After completing her studies in gastronomy, Sara began working as a chef in some of Italy's most renowned restaurants. She soon discovered that her true passion was writing and decided to create her own cookbooks to share her knowledge and passion for cooking with the world. She is known for her ability to create recipes that are both simple and innovative. She loves exploring new culinary trends and ingredients to incorporate them into her dishes in unique and creative ways. Her culinary philosophy is based on using fresh, natural ingredients and preparing dishes that are healthy, tasty and beautiful to look at.
