Scott Howard-Cooper has written four books, including "Kingdom on Fire: Kareem, Wooden, Walton, and the Turbulent Days of the UCLA Basketball Dynasty" (2024) and "Steve Kerr: A Life" (2021). "Kerr" has been published in English, French, Turkish and Polish. Howard-Cooper has covered professional and college sports since the 1980s for some of the largest outlets in the country as a writer and on TV, and his work has earned multiple national awards from the Associated Press Sports Editors and the Professional Basketball Writers Association for projects, game coverages, features and columns. He lives in Northern California.
