Sean O'Neil

I am an MBA and former CEO who left the executive world behind to ultimately opt for a life of adventure and writing. I was fortunate to have been very successful in the corporate world, in particular in software start up. This success ultimately gave me the opportunity to step away from corporate and slide in behind a typewriter so to speak. My first step into the writing world was a short story called 'From the Boardroom to the Ring' were I told the story of my own experience as a CEO entering the world of competitive MMA fighting at the age of 48. I fell in love with writing itself a I put the story together. It reminded me of the experience of finding the beauty of reading many years ago when my father gave me the first book of Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring. Since then I've taken time to travel and explore our world. My first book, 'Brian's Stolen Dream' was written in a six week period a I travelled Africa from Egypt to Cape Town. I have lived in England and India and have had a second home in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico for a dozen years. While I journey the world, I seek out human stories that spark or round out my own stories. I specializes in thrillers, Romantic Thrillers and Horror/Suspense thrillers. My books speak of raw and real emotion, deep characters that people can relate to.
