Sean Trivass started his journey as a racing journalist in 1987 with a weekly article for the local paper. Since then he has written for numerous publications as a freelance from The Independent to BetDaq, Royal Ascot magazine to Australian Thoroughbred News, Timeform to the Press Association. Described as a “racing expert” by the Sports Journalists Association, Sean is the son of owner/Breeder Peter Trivass (Northmore Stud), and has finally decided, after much cajoling, to branch out into books for his loyalt readers. Statistics are his first port of call as he looks to help racing fans find more winners – but who knows what the future holds for this racing enthusiast who never has a day off from the sport he loves. “If you are employed doing something you enjoy as much as I do, you never work a day in your life”
