Selika Josiah Talbott

Talbott is Founder and President of Solutions 4 New Mobility Education and Founder of Autonomous Vehicle Consulting, LLC, a mobility advisory firm. Talbott leverages her legal, policy and public engagement expertise to advance her passion for transportation technology and mobility equity. She currently serves as the co-director of the UC Davis Environmental Justice Leaders Program and is an Adjunct Professor at University of Southern California instructing in the Sol Price School of Public Policy on Transportation and Technology. Transportation is Mobility and Mobility is Freedom™. With key advances in technology we have the ability to drastically improve mobility for millions creating opportunities and access. Talbott has held positions in both the public and private sector. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY Stony Brook, a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law, and Certification in Federal Executive Leadership from American University.
