Shae Freeman is the owner and Training Director of Community Responders LLC, with over 20 years of experience in emergency response, education, and philanthropy. As a dedicated paramedic with a local fire department in Arizona, Shae has built a career centered on saving lives, both in the field and through empowering others with essential life-saving skills. In addition to her role as a first responder, Shae is a passionate advocate for underserved communities. She founded a nonprofit organization focused on providing free and low-cost CPR and First Aid training to low-income and minority populations. Her mission is to eliminate barriers to critical emergency education, ensuring that everyone has the tools to respond effectively in emergencies, regardless of their financial situation. Shae's commitment to making a difference extends to her work as a non-profit leader supporting children born with rare diseases. As the founder of an organization and an ambassador for NORD's annual Rare Disease Day, she raises awareness, advocates for change, and provides resources to families navigating the challenges of rare conditions. Since 2004, Shae has also worked as a freelance writer, producing impactful content across a variety of topics.
