Sheila J. Baker is an accomplished Nutritionist, Diet expert, Mother, and now Author. Growing up, her parents heavily struggled with obesity and unhealthy eating habits that ultimately caused them serious health problems. She had to watch her parents live an unhealthy lifestyle, and this influenced her in so many ways until she decided that she didn’t want to continue the harmful cycle of bad eating habits anymore. After high school, she entered Ohio State University, where she studied and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition. She graduated with honors, and after this, she thought that it wasn’t enough. She wanted to be as educated in the field as possible, and so she also pursued a Master’s in Food and Nutrition Planning. Now, equipped with knowledge, expertise, and first-hand experiences, Sheila wants to change the lives of others through writing practical cookbooks that will help them adjust their lifestyles for the better. She knows that every person is different and that it’s impossible to expect every diet to work for you. She is well-known amongst her clients for coming up with tailor-made diets that suit their lifestyles. Each of her cookbooks are tailor-made for each diet, and she does her best to make recipes that are easy, affordable, and delicious. Sheila believes that anyone can recover from their unhealthy habits through smart cooking and mindful eating habits, and she wants to help them step of the way.
