I'm Sherlin Wilson and for over 15 years I have been teaching Yoga and Pilates to small groups of women and seniors. I come from a small town in Illinois, USA, where I still live. Discovering the benefits of Pilates was crucial for me at an important time in my life. I was working a lot in a big company, constantly stressed, and began experiencing strong neck and knee pain. During those years, I started attending a Pilates studio and found tremendous physical benefits. Later on, I discovered Yoga, which helped me immensely in managing stress and finding peace. Sharing these practices with others, especially with women and seniors, has become my mission and now also my new editorial project. Throughout my experience as a Yoga and Pilates instructor, I have focused on designing accessible and safe workouts that could be easily disseminated through enjoyable manuals and, thanks to these, be of help to people even far from me. I consistently integrate my practice with the study of healthy nutrition and relaxation techniques, offering comprehensive and lasting well-being to my students. I firmly believe that even a few minutes of daily exercise, practiced consistently, can make a significant difference for overall health and well-being. My motto is: "Take care of yourself every day and always remember that your health is your most precious asset."
