Sherry Hutson

Sherry Hutson is an author, an artist, and a fan of movies, music, politics, and baseball. Her recent book, "Adventures in carART: Artists in Cars Making Marks" - written in the spirit of Urban Sketchers, is available on Amazon. Also available on Amazon is her earlier book about the 2008 presidential election - "King's Dream: Barack Obama Becomes President of the United States." Sherry is an artist and has exhibited and sold her paintings at art fairs in the central Illinois area. Sherry holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Communication. Her background includes video and multimedia production, public relations, Internet and social media. Her teaching experience includes De Anza College CA; Quincy University IL; and the University of Illinois Springfield. She was co-producer of a long-running jazz performance television show in the San Francisco Bay Area, manager of marketing and promotions for Runner's World magazine, and Director of Web Services and Creative Services for UIS.
