Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love is where I was raised, attended school and trained as a handwriting analyst. My research into the handwriting of children and adults continued from youth into my senior years, learning about people through their handwriting. I focused on the early years, beginning with the preschooler and interpreting their drawings. As one sees the child-like emotion in the forms of a Van Gogh, so can the trained eye see the personality traits in the child's drawing. As Freud found the child to be 'father of the man', I found the child in every adult handwriting I examined. I conveyed this important key to understanding personality in my books "How to Really Know Yourself Through Your Handwriting", Knowing Your Child Through His Handwriting and Drawings", "Scryptics" and "Graphic Sex" Compatibility Test. In 1999, I won the Florida Screenwriter's Award for my play "J'adoube", based on the true story of a young misunderstood young person who, on on the day of his high school graduation, blows his brains out. (I found many such forecasting signs in the handwriting of students.) Other plays include "The Money Masters", "All for You, Harold", *"Oy, Vey, Cantor!" and *"The Strudel Lady" (*musical comedy). Most of my plays and novels evolved from my experience as a handwriting analyst. Some are sad, but all have humor and hope. That's my recipe for survival. In 2013, I retired from forensic handwriting examination and I now spend my time consulting, lecturing and painting. Despite advancing age, I designed my last two websites and have some 50 images on Fine Arts of America. My motto is that it's never too soon to learn something new, unless you think it is.
