Shoo Rayner has written and illustrated over 200 children's books. He writes series readers for newly confident readers and his books are particularly loved by boys. Titles include the thrilling Axel Storm, marvellous Monster Boy, vivacious Viking Vik, rollicking Ricky Rocket and wonderful new retellings of Rudyard Kipling's Just So Stories. As well as fiction, Shoo writes books on STEM subjects and Drawing. He is a passionate believer that all children - and adults - should draw more to improve fine motor skills and release the imagination into the real world.
