Shu Han Lee

Shu Han Lee is a cookery author and the founder behind indie sauce brand Rempapa Spice Co. Shu grew up in Singapore and moved to London in 2009. Missing the flavours of home, she started cooking and hosting Singaporean supper clubs from her home and pop-up events all over the UK. In 2018, Shu started selling her small-batch spice pastes and sambal from a farmer's market stall and it has since grown to be found on the shelves of Selfridges, Whole Foods, Ocado and independent delis across the UK. Shu also works as a freelance recipe developer for brands such as Wagamama, Tilda, Kikkoman and Jamie Oliver.
