Sibani Karki is an Environment and Gender specialist in Washington, DC. She's a Fufu (Aunt in Nepali) to her favorite humans, Kaia and Yara, who love hearing stories about her adventures in Nepal, South Africa, and Peru, to name a few. Sibani weaved Momo & Uncle Yeti in her head - and on many cafe napkins - while attending graduate school at Columbia University, in New York City. Sibani and her friends frequently indulged in as many cuisines as possible - just like Uncle Yeti! Their adventurous outings created a lifetime of cherishable memories. Momo & Uncle Yeti represent these memorable gatherings filled with shared laughter, friendship, and scrumptious food while plotting their very next adventure - whether big or small.
