Silvana Siskov is a nutritionist, health coach, counsellor and the author of many health books. She spent the last couple of decades working with people in a variety of settings supporting them with their issues, ranging from mental health problems to weight loss. By integrating a 3-way approach; nutrition, counselling and coaching, Silvana helps her clients to gain a better understanding of their personal issues and helps them develop the right mindset, which leads to taking better care of themselves and living a more fulfilling life. Silvana’s interest in nutrition started when, almost a decade ago, she experienced health issues, and as a result of it, she made some simple changes to her diet and lifestyle. This made her aware of the importance of healthy eating and healthy living, and the impact they have on our bodies and the way we feel. Recognising the power of food and understanding the importance of having a healthy lifestyle, it encouraged her to study nutrition and lifestyle coaching, so she can help others to make necessary changes that can improve their quality of life. This was a great addition to her counselling practice which she truly loves. With her background in psychology, and having training in counselling, coaching, and nutrition, Silvana has the knowledge and experience to help her clients in making behavioural changes to achieve their health and weight-loss goals. She offers motivation and gives lots of dietary tips and lifestyle advice to the readers of her book “Get Your Sparkle Back.” Silvana writes with her heart. She recognises the needs of her readers and motivates them through her writing. Her mission is to help women to create a deeper connection to themselves, and to empower them to achieve their goals, so they can create the life they want. Silvana offers a number of free online courses that are designed to help people lose weight and improve their health and well-being.
