Silvia Nacamulli is a London-based cook, lecturer and writer specialising in Italian Jewish cuisine. Born and bred in Rome, surrounded by her home country’s passion for food, she had the privilege of observing three generations of fine Italian Jewish cooks. Today, when she is not writing or travelling, Silvia runs her business, Cooking for the Soul, where she teaches and caters traditional Italian home-cooking. Silvia has given hundreds of cookery demonstrations and lectures at cookery schools, universities, charities, synagogues, fairs and festivals in the UK, USA, Italy, Germany and Israel. She is a regular columnist for the Jewish Chronicle newspaper - where she has had more than 200 recipes published and she is a well-recognised name on the international food circuit, having contributed to numerous recipe books and publications.
