Sinem Erkas

Sinem Erkas is a graphic illustrator and art director with an appetite for experimentation and a good sense of fun. Feminism plays an important part in Sinem’s work and her first illustrated book, The Girl Guide, has been published in more than a dozen languages. Her latest book series for children, Work It, Girl, champions the achievements of modern women, using 3D cut paper artwork. She has been nominated for several illustration and design awards, and is a five-times winner at the ABCD Awards. She has also exhibited around the world, from the Hay Festival and Venice Biennale to the Type Directors Club in New York.
