I am a passionate cook, nutritionist with a background in gastronomy and a passion for healthy eating. My culinary journey began in my early youth, inspired by the cooking skills of my grandmother and the diverse flavors of the regional cuisine of my hometown, Hamburg. After studying nutritional science, I gained experience in various gourmet kitchens where I honed my skills and developed a taste for innovative cooking techniques. With an enthusiasm for experimenting in the kitchen and a desire to make healthy eating accessible and enjoyable, I began to create recipes specifically with the aim of developing dishes that are not only nutrient-rich and low in calories, but also easy to prepare and extremely tasty. In addition to my work as an author, I am also active as a consultant on nutrition and cooking techniques. I give workshops and talks where I share my knowledge and enthusiasm for healthy cooking with others. In my spare time, I enjoy discovering new cultures and exploring their cuisines, which provides me with constant inspiration for new recipe creations.
