Stacy Gregg writes empowering, thrilling animal adventures. Her new novel, The Last Journey, will be published this July by Simon & Schuster UK and is narrated by Pusskin, the bold leader of a band of renegade cats on the run for their lives from The Curiosity. Her novel Nine Girls, which won the Supreme Award at the New Zealand Children's Book Awards, features a talking eel. However she is best known for her horses, including standalone titles The Princess and the Foal, The Girl Who Rode the Wind and The Fire Stallion, her expansive Pony Club Secrets and Pony Club Rivals series, and her picture books with mini ponies for younger readers.
