Stacy Silva-Boutwell RD

Stacy Silva-Boutwell (1977-present) was born in Massachusetts to Antonio and Natalia Silva who emigrated from St. Michael, Azores in the 1960's with their respective families. She is known as The Portuguese American Mom and runs a cooking and lifestyle blog of the same name (theportugueseamericanmom.com or thePAMom.com). She currently lives in Southeastern Massachusetts with her husband and two children. She owns a cake design and event planning business called StacyCakes & SC Events. She also teaches cooking workshops for adults in her community and cooking and baking programs for children in town.
