Dr. Stanley Kipsang Kipkelwon

Dr. Stanley Kipsang is a PhD holder in Human Resource Management and a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business and Economics, Moi University in Kenya. He is also a seasoned human resources expert and organizational development consultant with over 10 years of experience in teaching, research and HR consultancy. With a background in human resource management, Dr. Stanley has worked across various sectors, helping organizations strengthen their talent acquisition, training, and employee retention frameworks. Known for his innovative approach to HRM, he has consulted for both established companies and emerging startups, providing insights that drive sustainable growth through effective people management. Stanley is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Kenya (IHRMK). Throughout his career, he has focused on implementing HRM practices prioritising organizational needs and employee well-being. His research and publications have been featured in leading HR journals, and he is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences on topics such as talent retention, leadership development, and HR analytics and metrics.
