Stefania Del Monte was born in Fumone, Italy, in 1968. She is a Publicist and member of the Italian Ordine dei Giornalisti since 1995, and is the author of several books in Italian and English. "Celestino V. Papa Templare o Povero Cristiano?" was published in 2009 and then translated into English, in 2010, with the title "The Story and Legacy of Celestine V", while her most recent work, published in 2015, is titled "Staging Memory. Myth, Symbolism and Identity in Postcolonial Italy and Libya". From 2015, she is also Founder and Managing Director of Redmont Consulting Limited, a company specialised in Communication and Event Management. She holds a Masters Degree by Research in Italian Studies from the School of Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures at the Royal Holloway University of London and a BA Honors Degree in Communications and Political Sciences from La Tuscia University. She loves travelling and is a versatile reader (from romance to politics, from poetry to cultural studies) with a great passion for history.
