Steph Halligan is a motivational cartoonist based in Boulder, Colo. After spending years ignoring her passion for art, she finally came to her senses and started drawing cartoons online. Steph launched ArtToSelf.com, a daily inspirational cartoon newsletter, in January 2015 and has continued her daily pursuit of art and happiness ever since.
