Stephanie Martin is an accomplished marketing and communications professional who has shaped consumer outreach, stakeholder engagement and brand development strategies for Fortune 500 companies such as The Home Depot, SUPERVALU and Dapper Labs, and major sporting events including Super Bowl 50 and the 34th America’s Cup. Her brand strategy company, BFWD, helps athletes tap into the power of their platforms. Throughout her career, she has built innovative strategies, partnerships and narratives that result in stakeholder action on a global scale. Stephanie has shaped consumer outreach, employee engagement and community relations strategies across worldwide workforces of Fortune 500 companies and major sporting events. Also an advisor to the C-suite and members of corporate and nonprofits Boards, she has helped individuals and organizations develop strong relationships with their customers, employees and communities. Stephanie believes in building a strong and supportive organizational culture that is committed to excellence, outstanding customer service and delivering results. A certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner, she approaches team leadership and mentorship as a coach would: helping people to fully realize their strengths and maximize their potential. Stephanie graduated Tufts University with a B.A. in English, and received her M.A. in Communication Management from the University of Southern California. She lives in her family in Marin County.
