Stephanie Sehestedt

Stephanie Sehestedt is a certified bariatric nurse and health coach, guiding surgical and non-surgical weight loss patients for over fifteen years. Additionally, she earned the clinical coordinator position for two separate hospital's bariatric programs. She graduated at the top of her RN class, holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Utah, and studied disordered eating under one of the nation's foremost experts. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Stephanie jumps at the chance to spend time outside hiking, fishing, and camping with her family and friends. At home, she’ll be cuddled up with her two daughters, pets, and a good book.
