Stephen is the Lead Pastor of 7 City Church in Ft. Worth, Texas. He's a blogger, leadership coach, and host of the Leader Fluent Podcast. Stephen is also the author of Insanely Practical Leadership, Stop Chasing Easy, Do Good Works, GO! Starting a Personal Growth Revolution, Creating Your Church's Culture, and the co-author of Unexpected. Stephen holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership and enjoys writing on leadership, personal growth, and organizational development. Stephen lives in the Ft. Worth area with his wife Karen. They have one daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons, Ashley, Dylan, Elijah, and Wyatt.
