Stephen Perrine has helped to create more than two dozen New York Times bestsellers in the diet and nutrition field as an author, editor, or publisher. He is the co-creator, editor, and publisher of the Eat This, Not That! series, and the author of The Whole Body Reset, The New American Diet, The Men's Health Diet and The Women's Health Diet. He is co-author, with Danica Patrick, of Pretty Intense, and, with David Zinczenko, of Zero Sugar Diet. The former editor-in-chief of Best Life and editorial creative director of Men’s Health, Perrine currently serves as Special Projects Editor for AARP the Magazine and AARP Bulletin, where he oversees health and wellness coverage reaching more than 60 million readers. He is the founding editor of The Arrow, a wellness and lifestyle newsletter for Gen X men, and the co-creator and co–executive producer of Better Man, a nationally syndicated health and wellness TV show for men.
