Steve Harbin hails from the great state of Ohio, where he’s spent the last few years working in local government and keeping bureaucracy just functional enough to avoid complete chaos. A proud graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, Steve also boasts a military background, ensuring he can navigate both the battlefield and the baffling maze of federal policies with equal finesse. When he’s not solving problems for his community—or creating them, depending on who you ask—Steve can be found indulging in his favorite pastimes: hunting, gardening, and jamming out on a musical instrument or two. His real pride and joy, however, is hanging out with his kids, who keep him grounded and occasionally remind him why coffee and patience exist. Steve’s personality is best described as “decidedly not boring.” His sarcastic wit and penchant for saying the quiet part out loud make him the perfect combination of controversial and entertaining.
