Perhaps considered by my friends as a bit of a geek but that's just because I have a curious mind and love to learn new things and skills. Rather than geek I prefer "Fountain of Knowledge" and that includes trivia too. Thus I am regularly the "Go to Person" when a friend has a problem to solve or needs enlightenment. All too often when people try to explain how to do something, they make it overly complicated and thus confusing. In this series of "How to Books" I go back to basics and explain how to complete a task/solve a problem step by step and with screen shots, as a picture paints a thousand words.
