Surinder Singh Jolly

My name is Surinder Singh Jolly, and I am a retired medical doctor. I was born and raised in Kenya and studied Medicine in India but moved to UK in 1979. In 2009, I was awarded an MBE by the Queen for services to medicine and healthcare. After working in the British national health service for three and a half decades, I retired in 2016. After retiring, I completed a a course in creative writing and that started my journey to becoming an author. My debut book, Indian Whispers, was published in 2021. This was also produced as an audiobook.
