Susan has been practicing different forms of yoga since the age of 11. After being influenced by Taoist teachings, she has now been teaching Yin Yoga for 6 years. Her goal is to preach wakefulness and to guide others to live a mindful life. Her slower style of yoga with an emphasis on deep breathing allows for a greater relaxation and awareness than faster forms. Her classes promote a connection with one another and a detachment from the mind.
