Susan Gregory

关于作者

Susan Gregory calls herself The Daniel Fast Blogger, however most people consider her the The Daniel Fast Expert. She has personally experienced the Daniel Fast many times in her life, but in 2007 she started a simple blog to write about it. Since that time she has helped hundreds of thousands of men, women and teens experience a successful Daniel Fast. Her simple blog has had more than 12 million visits and Susan and her team have responded to more than 25,000 questions, comments and praise reports. The Daniel Fast is a method of fasting and the often chosen way to fast for the annual New Year Fast, Lent and other periods of prayer and fasting. Based on the fasting experiences of the prophet Daniel, the Daniel Fast is plant-based with the only beverage being water. It is usually practiced for 21 consecutive days. Tyndale Publishing House released The Daniel Fast in paperback and it quickly became the best-selling book about this fast (as it remains today) and is now considered the "go-to" reference for the Daniel Fast. The book teaches about the power of prayer and fasting, how to prepare for a successful fast, plus includes a Daniel Fast cookbook with plenty of recipes to use during your long-term fasting experience. In October 2013, Zondervan released Susan's most recent book. The Daniel Cure, co-authored with Richard J. Bloomer, PhD, guides readers into a lifestyle of optimum health using the Daniel Fast to launch their personal health journey. The book is a perfect example of how the combination of faith and science results in vibrant health. The simple approach to caring for your body is clearly outlined in the book. Susan is eager to answer readers' questions. So visit her online at http://Daniel-Fast.com to learn more about The Daniel Fast. Susan's ministry is to help people live a kingdom of God lifestyle by teaching practical steps toward an amazing and blessed life. She is also a speaker, Christian life coach, world traveler and trainer.
