Dr. Susann Kowalski has been a professor at the TH Köln since 1999 and teaches courses on intercultural competence and management as well as personality development. She heads the master's program in International Business. Since 2020, she has curated the Sustainable Society Index (SSI) and conducts research on sustainability topics such as measuring sustainability and the connection between culture/values and sustainability.
