Suzanne Mathis McQueen

关于作者

Suzanne Mathis McQueen mostly writes books about connecting our body rhythms with nature, but she also has a pilot book for her yet-to-finish business series, as well as whatever niche topics happen to inspire her. She also writes under the pen name of Sym Scott. The idea to write about "connecting with nature" began back in the late 1990s when unraveling the mysteries of the female monthly hormonal rhythm. Call it divine guidance or her super logical brain seeing the pattern, Suzanne was shown four distinctive weeks that flow and work together beautifully for an entirely different and easier way to understand the female hormones. She has come to know this as a lost language of the Feminine. After practicing the system on her own for seven years, she decided to share the information with other women and couples. In 2012, the book, "4 Seasons in 4 Weeks" was born. When attempting to write the adolescent girl's version of this book, Suzanne realized she first needed to write books for smaller kids to help families tune in to the way their body rhythms align with nature. So at the end of 2021, Suzanne released a three-book children's picture book series on body rhythms for all genders. "The Sun and Me," "The Moon and Me," and "The Seasons and Me" encourage families to optimize their health and well-being by connecting with the natural light in nature provided by the sun, the moon, and the seasons. Now that these books are available, Suzanne hopes to have the 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks book for adolescent girls released in late 2023.
