Sylvia Lovely is an author, speaker, and motivator–helping leaders achieve resiliency and success in work and play through her unique approach called “Dodging Coconuts.” In keynotes, workshops, and coaching sessions, she frames her “lessons learned” using her 4P Process: (1) Purpose–required to manage the micro and macro forces raging about us; (2) Preparation–understanding the mission of work and life; (3)Planning and (4) Perspective of Leadership–developing the foundations of leadership. Her audiences range from individual leaders to governing boards and mid and senior-level business managers. In her recently published book, DODGING COCONUTS: How to Survive the Storm and Rebuild Your Life, she shares both her story and valuable lessons she has learned from her personal and professional experiences.
