T. Mullen

T. Mullen is an international infrastructure and development consultant who now lives in Bordeaux, France. He also owns a ranch in the state of New Mexico in the USA. He is a contributor to Forbes, the Telegraph newspaper of London, and to various other publications that include International Living and Columbia Magazine. Mullen was born on Saint Thomas in the Virgin Islands. He later moved to live in the Wicklow Hills of Ireland before returning to live in Colorado and California in the U.S.A. He spent 16 years living and working in countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
