My name is Taahira Maskwa. I am a Specialist in Herbal Nutrition, Herbal Medicine Preparations and Dietology. My ancestors were part of Bidai tribe who were originally from eastern Texas. I took a deep interest in learning more about Native American herbal recipes and their remedies out of respect for my ancestry.
