Takumi Nonaka

Takumi Nonaka is of Japanese ethnicity, but was born and raised in America. He learned the Japanese language on his own in just 16 months, and is now passionate about teaching it to others and introducing them to Japanese culture and food. Takumi loves showing people that Japan is a much more than just sushi and samurai--it's a complex and fascinating country with a rich history and culture all its own.
