Tessa Lockwood is a dedicated guidance counselor and mother of three daughters, committed to empowering young people to embrace their strengths and reach their full potential. Living in Bozeman, Montana, Tessa draws on her professional experience and her journey as a parent to understand the unique pressures and opportunities that teenage girls face today. When she’s not working with students or writing, you’ll find her hiking the scenic trails around Bozeman with her loyal dog, Millie, or curled up with a good book. She’s also recently taken up pottery—a hobby she lovingly describes as “a work in progress.” Through Shine Bright, Tessa hopes to inspire girls everywhere to grow in confidence, resilience, and self-belief, helping them discover the power and possibility within themselves.
