Tessa Williams

Born in Alexandria , Scotland , Perfume enthusiast Tessa Williams used to live by Grasse in the South of France where she also worked as a columnist for The Riviera Times, she has written for Vogue, Elle, Elle Deco, The Financial Times and The Independent and lived in Paris whilst working for Femme Magazine. Her fascination with perfume began by the annual gift of Chanel no 5 from her grandmother as a child at Christmas time which led her to want to discover every scent ever made. CULT PERFUMES , her first book uncovers some of the most beautiful bespoke scents of the world and reveals the history associated with them.
