The Optics Communication Coach

I am a qualified optometrist with over 15 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have worked in all parts of the UK and the Republic of Ireland, holding various roles within optical practices. I have served as an optical assistant, pre-registration and qualified optometrist and store manager. After being a manager for several years, I initially moved into other leadership roles across various countries in the UK, before taking on advisory positions within the optics industry. I have worked in multiple settings and in independent practice. I have managed some of the biggest and the smallest practices in the UK. I love the optics industry because the people in it are health lead, ethical people making a difference to their communities daily. It is great to be very small part of it.
