Thomas Charles Foley

Thomas is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Warrant Officer and a former Licensed U.S. Merchant Marine, Chief Engineering Officer. Born and raised in New York State. He lives with his wife of 50 years in the Pacific Northwest where they have resided for the past 30 years. They have three children: Genie, Stacie, and Tommy, and five grandchildren. When not writing, he enjoys model building, playing his guitar badly, and loving his family, but not in any order.
