Thomas F. Tumblin, a member of the leadership faculty at Asbury Theological Seminary since 1999, has served as Dean of the Beeson School of Practical Theology and Executive Director of Asbury’s Church Planting Initiative. He also teaches in the Masters of Arts in Leadership and Doctor of Ministry degree programs. Prior to joining Asbury, Tom served seventeen years as a pastor in churches ranging from 30 to 3000 in attendance. His research interests include ecclesiology, research design, and change leadership.
