Thomas Pyzdek

Thomas Pyzdek is an author and Lean Six Sigma consultant with over five decades of experience in quality and Lean Six Sigma. He worked with Dr. W. Edwards Deming in the 1980s at Ford and elsewhere. He is a recipient of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Six Sigma Forum Award for the Advancement of Six Sigma as well as a Lean Six Sigma Leadership award from the American Quality Institute. Thomas is author or co-author of numerous books, including author of The Lean Healthcare Handbook and co-author of The Handbook for Quality Management, Second Edition. Pyzdek was honored by Marquis Who's Who as an Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Inductee for his work as a quality consultant.
