Tim Ingram is the Lead Pastor of HighRidge Longview, a growing, thriving community of Christ-followers who are passionate about taking faith steps, seeing lives change, and adding value to their community. In addition to providing leadership and vision for HighRidge, Tim is also the President of Unite Leadership, whose purpose is to train and equip church and business leaders to make an impact in their local community. Tim is a skilled communicator specializing in the areas of healthy leadership, spiritual growth, and transforming culture. His energetic, humorous, and refreshingly honest approach to teaching deep biblical truths with practical, everyday application is truly unique. An avid outdoorsman and Dallas Cowboys fan, Tim resides in the beautiful Piney Woods of East Texas with his wife Tina, young adult children T.J. and Natalie, and their dog Leia.
