Tim Zak

Tim Zak was born in Jersey City, N.J. as a flower child of the 1960's. He is a former student of the Institute of Children's Literature of West Redding, CT. He studied literature and creative arts in college, and spent time as a reporter for the Asbury Park Press in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Tim is now is a full time children's book author, allowing his passion for writing to speak to children in his content rich adventure books and joke books. He currently has turned his love for writing children's books to the Amazon platform. Tim began writing his children's books to share with his daughter. She is now grown and an integral part of the writing process, providing ideas for his many new joke book for kids series. Expect a dozen more joke books in 2025 to complete the joke book series at 30 books by year end. Tim currently lives on an island in sunny Florida where he has plans on writing for many more years!
