Timothy C. Flanigan

关于作者

Tim Flanigan was born and raised in Somerset County, PA, where he was mentored as an outdoorsman by his paternal Grandfather who ignited his lifelong thirst for natural world knowledge. Experimenting with photography at an early age, Tim soon realized the camera enhanced his ability to study and record all things wild and natural. Following military service, during and after his 30-year Wildlife Conservation Officer career serving in multiple Pennsylvania counties, he shared his ability to capture unique moments and share them with others through presentations at outdoor shows, sportsmen's clubs, and various state agencies. In 1987, he and his wife Debbie, established Nature Exposure, a business promoting Tim's award-winning photography in various print mediums, along with his outdoor writings published in articles and columns statewide and in national outdoor publications. Tim is a member and served as a past President of various outdoor writers organizations. In 2020, Tim's first book, "Grouse & Woodcock - The Birds of My Life" was published by Wild River Press. The Governor's Edition enjoys a special placement in the Pennsylvania State Library, in the rare editions section, in Harrisburg, PA. "Night Killers - Blood Lusting Poachers" is Tim's first self-published book recounting his years as a Game Warden.
