Timothy Sharer

TIM SHARER began mentoring young men in 1989 and hasn’t slowed down, even to this day. He has led an innumerable number of teens in Bible studies, camp groups, mission trips, and through a varsity basketball program. During their formative years, he personally discipled business leaders, pastors, college professors, a state legislator, an Air Force Lt. Colonel, a Space Force Captain, and even a ten-year-player in the NFL among many others. His thirty-five-year tenure spanning across six different presidencies, gives Tim a unique perspective on how the characteristics, thoughts, and challenges of being a teenager have changed over the decades. He has taught hundreds of volunteer student workers through in-home and classroom workshops as well. He has been an Investment Professional for over thirty years and started his own company, Sharer McKinley Group, LLC, in 2002. Debbie, his bride of thirty-nine years, is the love of his life and helps out with his hobby of spoiling his two daughters and five grandchildren.
