TINA LARSSON is co-founder and co-owner of The Folson Group, New York City’s leading co-op and condo business consultancy. Her firm works with boards, owners, and shareholders to reduce costs and increase property values. Tina holds a LEED Green Associate designation and is on a mission to make New York City safer, more sustainable, and more affordable—one building at a time. Prior to this, Tina spent two decades as a business analyst and investment advisor in the financial services industry. She holds a BS and MBA from Pace University.
