梁牧師畢業於德州大學（奧斯汀）研究院（教育碩士）及金門浸信會神學院（道學碩士、教牧學博士），為近代華人教會推動小組牧養、教會倍增和門徒訓練事工的倡導者。2025 年是他全職服侍四十年的紀念，希望憑他服侍的經驗著作幫助教牧及信徒成長。 Pastor Leung graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Master's degree in Education and from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry. He is an advocate for the promotion of small group church model, church growth, and discipleship in modern Chinese churches. 2025 marks the 40th anniversary of his full time ministry years. He continues his service by sharing his ministry experience to edify church leaders and believers.
